NHPCO is the leading organization representing integrated, person-centered healthcare. After 19 years, they went through a rebranding that included more than just a new logo and messaging. The new WordPress site incorporates a Netforum integration to make all of NHPCO’s information and resources easy to access for their members.
We were invited by our partners at Mekanic to collaborate on this project. After defining the concept of the new NHPCO website, Bracket and Mekanic joined forces to reflect on NHPCO’s organizational goals and aspirations. With these in mind, we worked to develop a more modern look and feel for their institutional website.
NHPCO had some structural problems and was not the most user-friendly. They also had a very complex and exhaustive sitemap for members and non-members. Our main goal was to gather all the different resources for both members and non-members in an organized and concise way that would be easier to navigate. Additionally, we updated the find a care provider section with almost 4000 entries, allowing different search criteria and a distance radius to ensure users see providers within driving distance.
