Help People Get Paid

GURU the app allows users to ask questions and get instant answers from experts in a variety of fields. If a user needs help, he/she can post a request on the app and connect with experts that are online and willing to help them right away. Once a user selects a guru, a chat session starts where they can exchange messages, files and make video or audio calls. Once the session is finished, the user pays the guru based on the time spent in the session. Once approved, the Gurus can send money to your bank account or debit card.

Our first step was to do an extensive discovery phase to fully understand the entire scope of the project. After identifying the key functionalities and goals of the app, we put together a technical analysis of how the app should be built, followed by an extensive UX phase to help us develop the ideal flow of the app across devices. Once the design was approved, we coded each part of the app working on React Native, Laravel and Javascript among other languages. After an intensive phase of QA testing, we deployed GURU in January 2020 on the Google Play and Apple Store for use on Android and Iphone devices.
