About the project
BracketMedia and BuildTools Founder Sven Gustafson have a long and successful history, having worked on over 15 web projects together over the course of the last 8 years.
When he developed the original Buildtools platform in 2010, our team created the website for it. Six years later, Sven decided to give the system a complete makeover, this time asking if the BracketMedia team could not just make a new site, but to take over as the new production team and make the BuildTools platform great again. As usual, we welcomed the challenge.

The Challenge
In what is our biggest software development project to date, we assembled a 6 person team to work daily in our effort to completely rebuild the new BuildTools platform using Laravel. Our team needed to study the ins and outs of the old system while learning the intricacies of the construction process in order to transform the old system into something more intuitive for it's users and easy on the eyes.
This project is still ongoing, but it is nearing its end and is expected to launch early 2018.
