Delta Airlines is one of the largest airlines in the USA, with the Atlanta based company boasting an impressive 192 Million passengers traveling across around the globe every year.
Their 80,000+ employees are one of their greatest assets, so the internal communications of a company so big are crucial to maintaining their standard of excellence across borders and cultures. One of Delta’s main tools for reaching it’s employees is their internal site deltatakingaction, which they were looking to refresh in hopes of better communicating the company’s impact throughout the US and the rest of the world.
With a classy design in hand, we were tasked with creating the new portal for employee communications. The highlight of the refresh was an interactive map that displays the impact the company has in each state, from the amount of employees to state specific news and flight related stats. The end product was a sleek and interactive new home for Delta’s global family online.
