Community Response Map (CRM) was developed by the International Organization for Migration (IOM) to bridge the gap between aid givers and receivers. It provides an easy to use workflow that facilitates direct feedback from beneficiaries. Once a project is underway, CRM helps track and analyze the feedback being collected, whether one to one or across different digital and traditional communication channels.
CRM was in need of a refresh of their brand and website, having grown out of their original site. The Bracket team was brought on board to update their logo, their website and most importantly-their interactive map used to visualize and aggregate feedback from areas in need around the world.
The CRM team is scattered around the world, constantly moving from place to place helping to facilitate and deliver the help needed in the most critical of areas. This meant working with a team that was constantly changing time zones and working from areas with little to no internet.
Working together diligently from various countries around the world at the same time we were able to put together a new website that would not only increase CRM’s visibility and improve SEO, but most importantly help countless communities in need.
