BTG provides turnkey solutions that minimize risk and optimize the inclusion of small businesses on large, complex projects.
Founded in 2004, and headquartered in Washington D.C., their management consulting firm has established itself as the preferred partner to lead inclusion programs for large, multi-billion-dollar construction projects and P3 initiatives.
We were in charge of turning Mekanic’s beautiful designs into a responsive custom WordPress site. The design had a minimalistic approach to content and we wanted to add some transitions and effects to make it more fun without losing the serious edge their content required. The site also features an event manager module, twitter integration, and multiple contact forms including their newsletter.
The target audience for the site was very diverse, so it needed to work fast and have a very tidy responsive version. The management team at BTG also needed a full CMS solution capable of easily managing their event system, career opportunities, and also the custom landing pages for their blog. We created a completely custom CMS in the backend for them to be able to do all this and more without breaking a sweat. By creating each content type separately, the team is now able to make updates throughout the site without using HTML or any advanced practices.
